Outstanding service…delivered exactly what they promised and had me in and out in half an hour!
I drove down 10 hours from St. Louis to drop my son off at Troy University. While moving him in, his car seat motor went out. Though I had to drive back in a couple of days the ladies at customer service were able to order in another seat and get it installed for him all while I was back in St. Louis. They emailed me a receipt, kept communication with me and called a couple days later to follow up and make sure everything was good still. Give these ladies a raise or bonus. Originally made contact with the Sales Department upon receipt of our broken-down Rogue. They were most helpful in getting the car dropped off properly. After the weekend, a wonderful young woman kept us updated on our car as it was being fixed. She went above and beyond in helping us research all options for transporting services, prices, availabilities, etc. and we could not be more satisfied with the customer service she provided. Upon pickup after paying the bill, the armrest on the driver door was dirty with grease and/or oil from the mechanic - aside from that minor problem, ...

I went in for a diagnostic testing. I came across a problem with important misinformation from Nissan Consumers Affair about the outcome. I spoke to Brittany ( Service Manager), we gave them a call, they act as if it was the dealership fought of not giving right information, but Manager handled/ solved the situation very professional.
